Here's a fantastic recipe from my friend Jolyn at Macomb Money Savers for Lemon Rice Pilaf. I made it yesterday and it was delicious. You could even add fresh asparagus to it. It was very easy to make, however, you need to make sure you have enough ingredients on hand. Almost took a whole small box of rice, 2-3 lemons to get the fresh lemon juice, it took one large container (like the paper container) of chicken broth plus half of a can I had in the pantry. Also, prepare this in your extra large skillet.
